TELEHEALTH
New patient visits and follow-up appointments can be done remotely using a TeleHealth program. If you are a returning client, please feel free to bring your computer or iPad to your in-person appointment so we can help navigate the program. Do not hesitate to ask me any questions!

• TeleHealth appointments now available via ChARM EHR! Telehealth appointments are convenient and easy. Just log into the patient portal, click on appointments, click on ‘check-in’ button shown next to the appointment. Select the state of residence and click on the ‘Join’ button. Then wait for me to join the meeting. 

• TeleHealth appointments allow you to connect from wherever you are.

• TeleHealth capability allows us to stay connected, review labs and adjust treatment plans as needed.
